Section I: Basic Laws

1. The island belongs to all who are here.

2. There would be no currency on this island, transactions would only be done by basic trade.

3. Resources on this island is open to everyone, as long as there is balanced in the eco system.

4. There would be no centralized power on this island. Everyone can vote on issues, and everyone’s vote count as 1.

5. Citizens would pay a portion of tax (goods as the people see fit, food, natural resources, hand crafted items......) as they see right.

6. Those who choose to serve the public would receive a small portion of tax in return. This would be based on the earnings the people had outside their civil service job.

7. Those people who owned nothing can send an appeal to the tax collectors and would be granted a small amount of goods for trade or use.

8. All are equal, and would have the same power and stand in society as any other.

9. Citizens could applie for any of these temporary jobs for a portion of tax depending on the work

(1). Builders: responsible for working in building operations. Required to work through the entire building operation.

(2). Farmers: responsible for working at the farms. Could withdraw their services anytime they choose.

(3). Assistants: responsible for assisting any civil servant (see section III) they choose. Can withdraw their services when not involved in operations.

(4). Workers: people are allowed to choose to work for anyone who will accept their work, can withdraw at anytime.

Section II: Ristrictions

1. None shall kill another person.

2. None shall steal or damge anything another.

3. None shall destroy or damage any public property.

4. None shall intentionally cause conflict either major or minor.

5. None shall flaunt their power in violation of the 8th law of section I.

Section III: civil services (this section only applies to civil servants)

Civil services (complete list)

1. Tax collector: responsible for collecting and reminding citizens to pay the mounthly tax. They would be trained in math and economics. Also they must be well versed in the people’s living conditions.

2. Law keepers: responsible for keeping the law in their own assigned region. They would be trained in combat, but that doesn’t exempt them from the first restriction. If the loss of life did occur at a law keeper’s hands, then he/she would be tried as any other.

3. Educational personnel: responsible for educating the youth of this island. And would be elected either to stay on or switched by the students.

4. Island guards: reponsible for guarding the tax and the farms in which the offenders of the laws are sent (See in section IV). They are also responsible for assisting law keepers when necessary. They would be required to undergo combat training, they are also not exempted from the first restriction, if there are any lives lost at the hands of a island guard, he/she shall be tried as any other.

5. Accountants: responsible for keeping records on tax, farm statistics, and  population. Required to undergo additional mathematics training. If found biased in their recordings, they shall be tried as any other.

6. Emergency personnel: responsible for resolving and containing all emergencies such as fires, plague, flood, drought..... And they would have the full support of the public and taxes behind them. But the usage and extent of this power would be voted on by the public. If an operation by the emergency personnel cause the large amount of lives lost, they would be judged by the public.

7. Doctors: responsible for treating the sick, and hurt on the island, and development of new medicines for new diseases. They would be required to undergo training in human anatomy, biology, physics, and biochemistry. If a doctor caused a life in their work, they shall also be tried.

8. Architects: responsible for scheduling and designing the building a destroying structures on the island, but the operations must be voted on by the public. Requests could also be sent to the architects after a public vote.

9. Engineers: responsible for coordinating the building of a structure with the archetects, responsible for directing the builders (see in Section I) for the operation.

Section IV: Trial and punishments

1. When a violation of any law stated in section I and II are broken, they shall be tried

2. The trial of whether the offender is guilty or not. If found guilty the public would pass a sentence to the offender. All decisions are based on votes.

Sentences:

1. Banished from the island for any period of time chosen by the public.

2. Sent to the farms to tend livestock and the farms to provide surplus food                 for the public for any amount of time the public chose. As the sentence ends, the offender would be sent back to society with a small portion of food.

3. Offenders would be sent to be a builder or assistant for any amount the time the public chooses.
