This book is about Percy Jackson and his adventures to find the master bolt that belongs to Zeus the god of gods and god of sky. He goes to many places to find the hidden master bolt that belongs to Zeus. At the end he finds out that it was in the backpack that the god of war ares had given him. It was in the backpack because that is where it belongs so even if you throw it away it will still return back to the backpack.
